I have been asked about if it was okay or not to use my songs in rhythm games.It is okay to use my songs in these conditions :- you are not making any money from the content using my songs
- you are not marking it as "official" content (meaning you are explicitely describing your work as custom made content)
- you credit correctly the song and myself (a link to the song on soundcloud or bandcamp is fine!)
- it is not a song from my alias "FruitySound". these songs may contain copyrighted samples and as such should not be used.
- it is not a song from an external label (it will be either clearly stated in the song's description or the account it was uploaded on). Current exceptions are The Cynphetic Collective / KodamaSounds / GTS releases.If you do not match all of the above, please feel free to contact me over on my music email ([email protected]) so we can talk about it.
